This style sheet overhauls a number of Wikimedia sites (chief among them en.wikipedia.org) for simplicity, legibility and consistency. It replaces the default monobook look with a more classic encyclopedia-/textbook-like theme, turns the menus into the dropdown variety and reduces the number of sister article links (links to the same article on different-language wikipedias) to a more manageable level and allows you to customize which you want displayed (e.g. only the Dutch and Swahili ones).

Many sites put so much of ads into it, that the message or article that you want to read is not easy to find.Ad Blocking FiltersetP is a Stylish add-on, that is useful to block-off ads from such sites. You will need stylish to load it. If you don't have it, please visit here.
First go to the site, and scroll down till you reach Install options. (shown in image below)

Click on the 'Load into Stylish' button. Now click on the save button to save the script, or preview to, well preview it.

Firefox Ultimate Optimizer 2009

Would you use a program that would reduce the memory usage of Firefox to 100-200 Kilobyte ? I have no idea how the Firefox Ultimate Optimizer is reducing the memory usage to this amount but the task manager is verifying the reduction. Firefox has been using roughly 40 Megabytes of RAM whenever I started it and one homepage was loaded.

Text to Voice is a FireFox add-on that works like a text-to-speech software from your browser. It is extremely useful to translate the text on a website. It features options to select voices, its speed and volume.

To use it access the page and click on the smiley button at the bottom-right corner, or to listen the part of text from the page you can select the text, and right click on the smiley button and choose ‘Say it’.

Greasemonkey

Greasemonkey is a FireFox add-on which allows you to customize the look and feel of a particular website. It also allows certain functions like: Downloading youtube videos, blocking ads,etc

Go to the download link below to download and install Greasemonkey into Firefox. After restarting the browser you will see an icon of a monkey at the bottom-right. If it is in color it means that Greasemonkey is enabled. If it is faded it means that it is disabled.

To enable it go to Tools=> Greasemonkey => Enabled. Thats all.

Firefox, the internet browser, that is catching on the giants in the websphere, has a cool feature, wherein you can add plugins, called add-ons,into it. The good use of it is that they allow you to have more productivity. For eg.make mouse gestures, stop showing ads, make downloading easy,etc.

So today the add-on I am going to introduce to you today is called Stylish(click to download). Go to the page and click on 'Add to Firefox'.

Click on install


You will be prompted to restart firefox. After doing so you have successfully installed Stylish on Firefox.
