1. Go to Main Menu -> Log.
2. Click Options -> Settings -> Log duration.
3. Set Log duration to "1 day" only
As standard, it is set to 30, but by changing this setting your phone will suddenly become a lot faster.
You will only have one days worth of phone log but it is a small price to pay.
Try This also
Suppose there are some applications you mostly use and want them to open fast. Let's suppose Calender, Log, ToDo, Notes, Gallery, contacts
1) Open Calender and then instead of Pressing exit press the red button to come out. Then do the same for Log, ToDo, Notes, Gallery and Contacts
2) Now try to open any of these again. I am sure these will open at a much much faster speed.
3) The Catch is that never close the application that you want to open fast with the exit button. Instead, close it with the red button.
4) You dont even have to go inside the menu to open these application. Long press the Menu Button and you can select which of these applications you want to open.
